FireSide Grille

FireSide Grille has a number of options available to meet your large party needs.  From 10 guests to 100 guests the FireSide Grille has a space for you.  If you have a meeting, birthday party, wedding reception, sports banquet, school reunion or just a social gathering of friends, let us provide you with great food and a comfortable atmosphere.

MEETING ROOM: 

This 15’ x 18’ room accommodates up to 20 guests comfortably.  It offers a large dry erase board that doubles as a projection screen. (Projector not provided)

Reserving this room requires a $25 hourly rate *.

BANQUET ROOM:

This 28’ x 58’ versatile room has hosted live concert events to lavish wedding receptions.  With this room you have the option to make it “open air”.  If the weather cooperates we can swing open the doors and spin the ceiling fans to bring the best of the outdoors in.

The banquet room comfortably accommodates 80 guests, with special seating arrangements to bring your capacity to over 100 if needed.

This room offers a 1080i High Definition projector with a 14’ viewing screen.  Perfect to view slide shows, power point presentations, or the big game!

Reserving this room exclusively* requires a $50 hourly rate *.

*Hourly rate charge is for dining guests.  Charges will vary with non-dining events.

*No other dining guests will be seated in the room.  Access to exits, bathrooms and point of sale terminal is still required by staff and guests.  FireSide Grille will try to minimize any interruptions.

7 DAY REQUIREMENT:

Please make your reservations for any catered events and buffets at least 7 days in advance.

TAX AND GRATUITY:

6% sales tax will be added to all orders.  18% gratuity will be added to any party with 8 or more guests.

DEPOSITS:

A 50% down deposit will be required for any buffet or catered event 7 days prior to the date.

72 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE:

Any cancellations made 3 days prior to the scheduled event will be fully refunded.  Any cancellations made after the 72 hour time frame will be refunded by 50%.

72 HOUR GUEST COUNT CHANGES:

Any additions to the guest count made after the 72 hour deadline cannot be guaranteed accommodations.  Any deletions from the guest count after the 72 hour deadline will not be refunded.

The FireSide Grille will go to great lengths to make sure your event is a success.  Please understand our cancellation policies are required due to special ordering of food rather our guest’s make the event or not.
